~QUINN~ After about ten minutes of fruitless walking and no scent of Gwen, I gave up hope. The man who had saved me earlier from a certain death at the hands, or rather paws of those wolves certainly did not seem to be of much help. He had been silent throughout our walk and as much as I appreciated it, like I do to a little silence every now and then, a little info on the whereabouts of my mate would have been helpful. The disturbing images of her in pain that had been probing my head for long did not help matters. I was restless and so was my wolf.
