I arrived a hour later and the ball was in full swing, I was wearing a strapless green gown, with my long red hair over my shoulders, My pack was enjoying themselves dancing with friends and some even already met their mates, I was so happy for them, My Cat Penny suddenly started going nuts, purring and pacing, ‘What the hell is wrong with you Penny, is something wrong?” I don't know Nina, something, I smell something, and i can't put my fingers on it just yet, but something is going to happen and its not going to be bad, i feel like wait hold on, give me a few minutes, you will find out real quickly really soon, i promise you will,” i hate it when she does this, she never gives me full answers, she always makes me feel that i have to figure things out for myself, sometimes i want to strangle her, but how the hell do you strangle a cat that is inside of you, i heard her snort, I told her to shut up, i walked inside the hall and saw many people, the tables and the floor looked amazing they even had balloons hanging from the wall, looked pretty cool, it looked like a balloon wall, i loved it, i will have to remember that idea, i was walking around and went to one of the bars they had, i asked for a volka on the rocks, the bartender handed me my drink and i turned to watch the people dance and chat, I was watching people come into the door and that’s when i smelled a scent, and i should beat the hell out of me cat Penny’s. I walked into the hall and was looking around, I saw so many people laughing, joking and having a good time. The hall looked amazing and they even had a DJ for tonight, i loved the music they were playing. I kept smelling this scent. I started following it, i looked up and saw a woman turn around quickly, She took a sip from her drink, and when i got up close i growled she slowly turned around and smiled at me, I told her my name and she told me hers, damn this is how the mate bond feels like, this is amazing, when we accepted each other i softly kissed her, “Listen I have something to tell you, I had a mate a long time ago, but he got killed there was to many and we were unprepared, we ended up killing them, but my mate and some others perished,”

she giggled and they danced some more, i just hope some will find mates in our packs, it will be more welcoming to the others, they both agreed. and started talking about the future together, Rope never thought he would feel how strong this mate bond was, and he never would think all he ever would want is to hold her in his arms, i hope this does not make me weak he was thinking, when the alpha challenges me i need to be strong and to keep the pack intact,”
