Could it be that my injury had healed?
The doctor's surprised voice reached my ears, and I sat up from the white bed, rubbed my eyes, and then lifted the covers off.
I opened my eyes wide and I found that almost all of those tiny wounds on my body had scabbed over, and even some of the scabs had fallen off and fresh flesh and blood had grown.
As for the two bandaged wounds on my legs, I no longer felt any pain, and as I felt the wounds through the gauze, I felt a firm feeling coming from inside, as if those bites had scabbed over.
"Otis, you came to the hospital just less than half a day ago, the wounds on your body have all healed, this is like a miracle from the moon god!"
