DEAR DIARY,
It wasn't difficult to pick up my dropped shifts at the store. Seems like everyone's got plans with friends and family this time of year. My friends from my program have mostly gone to visit their parents in various hometowns, and right now my family consists of a busy brother and Candy.
I'd rather work all the shifts in the world than spend extraneous time in my house.
Although, I guess you could say there's been a subtle shift in our relationship since that little heart-to-heart we shared the other day. Candy hasn't been her usual level of annoying since coming out to me.
