After three days, it was finally time for me to meet the family. I blushed thinking they knew what we’ve been up to. I went to have a salted bath Sam prepared for me, he said it's going to help with the pain.
When I got out, I found my clothes have already been laid on the bed. It was a simple blue dress with white sandals and diamonds on the straps. There was also a velvet black box with studs inside. I blushed when I saw a white thong and bra also. I didn't mind him choosing clothes for me, it showed that he cared about my appearance, and since I'm new to this royalty thing, he knew what was appropriate to wear.
When we were done, he took my hand and led me to the breakfast table, where everyone was already waiting.
“Mother, father. Meet Michaela, my wife” I blushed when both of them looked at me.
“Stop it, we already know about her dummy. Sweetie have a seat, you must be exhausted after my son kept you in his room for three days,” the queen said, causing his sister to snicker.
“Michaela, that's my sister Amanda and my younger brother Joey” I greeted both of them shyly, and my eyes went back to the floor. Sam was still clutching to my hand in a possessive manner.
“Hello” they both answered.
There was a buffet in front of us and the cook served Sam already and gave him his food, guessing she already knew his preference. She came to me, bowing her head in respect, and it seemed wrong since I was not used to it.
“Princess Michaela, what can I get for you?"
“I will have two slices of toast, eggs and two sausages with a glass of Orange juice," I said smiling at her, still amazed that I'm a real princess, but that didn't last long because Samuel interfered.
He turned to her and said “Give her a bowl of fruit salad and her juice."
“But why?" I asked him, causing his expression to turn blank and his eyes darker and colder. I just couldn't figure it out yet, but he just kissed my earlobe and whispered in a low, threatening voice.
“Don’t ever question me in front of my family ever again, do you understand me?”
I gave him a nod. I’ve never heard his voice so threatening and commanding. I couldn't help but think it was sexy, I guess I was naive.
“Aww, stop hogging her, I need to give Michaela her schedule," the queen said.
“What schedule?" I asked surprised because I never thought we will have schedules, but truth be told, I knew nothing about being a royal and it sucked.
“Sweetie, we may all look like we do nothing every day, but all of us have to work and that includes you as the future queen. Now I already selected an assistant for you, George, give her the schedule for the day."
“Princess” he greeted, bowing.
“George,” I said, almost bowing also.
“Princess, after breakfast you have a fitting for a dress for the coronation this evening"
“A tutor for three hours to help you graduate high school"
“A tea in the garden with the queen at two"
“A spar with princess Amanda, to get both of you ready for the coronation"
“By 6pm, your make up artist and your designer will be waiting for you in your room, and the car will be outside by 7:30pm"
I'm sure I’ve already told you everything princess Michaela, is there anything else you need to add the agenda?
“No, thank you George"
“No need to thank him, he’s doing his job, right George?" Samuel said, possessively.
“Yes, sir"

After breakfast I went to the fitting where they poked this and that, and I already missed my husband. That thought made me smile, I couldn’t believe I was in love with him after only three days.
After the poking stopped, the tutor was already waiting for me. Most of the things she taught me I already knew, so that went smoothly and I was afraid because it was time to be alone with the queen. I didn't know how to behave. I went to the garden where she was waiting with a pot of tea and scones.
“My queen," I said, bowing my head when I got to the big garden at the back of the castle. It looked so well taken care of, with so many different flowers and whoever did the landscaping deserved an Oscar, because he was magnificent.
“No need for formalities with me, child. Come sit down with me, there's a lot you need to learn"
“Thank you”, I said, sitting beside her.
“Now child, you need confidence. You are going to be queen by tonight, but you lack confidence and every queen oozes confidence. Your presence must command and demand respect. You must always look straight to where you are going, with your head held high and show no emotion but a small smile. Never, ever put your head down to no one, you are the queen, believe it and be it.
“Whoa, that's a lot to learn"
“And you must learn it by tonight, now enough about that, when am I getting a grandchild?" she smiled.
I blushed and said “maybe soon, ma’am" remembering that we didn't use protection.
“Call me mom, and I can't wait. Do you know I already gave up on my other two children? I thought maybe they will catch someone’s eye on the choosing but no, they came back alone. They are in their mid-twenties and they declined all of the marriage proposals" she shook her head in disapproval.
“I'm sure they will find partners when the time is right ma'am," I said, not knowing what to say since I didn't even know them well enough.
I spent the entire time getting to know the real queen. She was a very nice person, and I liked her very much.

When the time to spend with Amanda came I was very apprehensive, because it seemed like she didn’t like me at all. I never did anything wrong to her, ever.
I went to the room where two tables were ready with white slippers and gowns, and waited for the princess herself. She came fifteen minutes later, and I was already in my gown sitting in the massage table.
“Start” she demanded after she changed, and the girls ran to our tables and started massaging us.
“So, Michaela, tell me how it feels to be stupid enough to marry a total stranger?” I turned, surprise the stranger she was talking about was her brother.
“It’s the prince, and your brother and I know we will have our whole life to get to know one another”
“If you really think so, but let me warn you, you don’t know my brother. I’m sure if you did, you will know how naïve you sound right now” she moaned, turning to look the other way. We talked, more like she roasted me the entire time about how naïve I was, but I knew I loved Sam and he loved me too. Whatever she was saying was not going to bother me, she doesn’t like me that’s all, I thought.
