"Did someone say you something that made you feel so? Till you are here, you are very much a part of this family." I knew Ivan stopped walking as his voice started fading as I kept moving. I sighed, turning to face him.
Last night when we returned from the Darkwood pack, Isabella was waiting for me to return. I was tired, hungry, and sleepy. But she gave me a mouthful, reminding me that I should stay within my limits and not take the game so seriously that I instill genuine feelings in Ivan's heart. I could tell that Isabella wasn't playing any game at that time. She was genuinely concerned for her younger brother. I did not make any promises nor any bogus statements. But I also did not fight back. I felt like she was right in some ways.
