**Tillie cont’d** I rush out of the office and back up the stairs, tossing the minimal amount of personal items I have in the office into a box with my purse and jacket. I say goodbye to the nurses, exchanging contact information with a couple before heading home. I order a small U-Haul with a car trailer and moving supplies to pick up a few blocks from my apartment. “What else do I need to do,” I say out loud as I empty my closet and dresser onto my bed. “Salvation Army. I need to donate all of this furniture.” I search for the number and call, arranging a pick up for first thing in the morning. A few hours later everything except my things for the next day and my phone charger are packed. I set my alarm to wake up in the morning and lay down, easily drifting off into a peaceful sleep
