“Happy Four Year Anniversary,” a bunch of girls at the nurse’s station shout when I walk into work.
“Thank you, ladies. How are my babies this morning,” I ask as I clock in and put my lab coat on.
“They were all doing good when Doctor Bahl made his rounds earlier, but we already know you’re going to go check on them,” Cindy says with a knowing smile.
