**Tillie POV** My vacation time at the hospital is up next week and I still haven’t made a decision about whether or not I’m going to stay. I haven’t seen Jake in five days. We have texted and talked on the phone, but no dates or visits. My heart aches from his absence, but my gut tells me there’s something wrong. He probably changed his mind and doesn’t want to tell me. A million thoughts about what could be happening circulate through my head as I sit on the couch, watching Iron Man 2. A knock at the door pulls me from my thoughts and I excitedly rush to the door in hopes of finding Jake. When I swing the door open, however, it’s Maggie. “Oh. It’s you.
