Aiden's POV: The silence in the car was so thick you could cut it with a knife. Neither of us said anything and I started to really doubt myself whether taking her with me was the right thing to do. As if she can hear or feel my doubts, Hailey fastens her seat belt and stares out of the passenger's window. It's my cue to put the car in reverse and get out of here. The car ride doesn't take long, just under twenty minutes. The road goes deeper and deeper into the woods. I know this road like the back of my hand, which gives me the chance to occasionally glance at Hailey. She´s just staring outside, completely lost in her thoughts. Once at our destination, she looks at me for the first time. Her eyes radiate a mix of feelings, surprise, fear, but I also see something else. She is debating
