In the weeks following up on Julie and Chris' rescue, Theo and I drove back and forth a lot.
When we first got home, Theo and I had reported everything to Jared and Zino. We decided that we would tell parts of the story to my father, facts, like the fact that Julie had been kidnapped and raped, that Theo and I saved her. Also, the fact that we had found my mother's rapist and that he would spend the rest of his life in jail en torcher.
My father had looked relieved, but at the same time he was also becoming more suspicious. He'd asked about Aiden a few times, but I'd managed to change the subject each time.
