Hazel POV
"Tell me it is not real, you are not leaving right?" panic and fear wrote over her face.
"Well, sadly it is real, I am leaving the pack in any minute from now," I replied with a shrug trying to sound like everything was normal but deep down I know it wasn't, as I packed the little stuff I had.
"I wish you could stay, that pack is a dangerous pack," she said as I zipped up my bag. I raised my brows to meet her worried look and smiled at her, glad that at least someone cared about my well-being.
"I know, and thanks for coming here anyway," I said trying to change the subject and ease the tension.
"Remember what I told you and stay safe for me, alright?" she put her hands on my shoulder telling me with a strict face like a mother hen scolding her chicks before pulling me into a tight hug.
Just then, Ava suddenly broke the hug looking at the door with her face as white as a ghost with Teresa barging. Looking like the devil she was.
"Leave us!" Teresa ordered with her Alpha tone making Ava scramble out of the room.
'Now what!' I screamed internally as she faced me.
"You good for nothing b***h, first you stole my man, now you wounded my brother and made him torture my mother!" she yelled as she walked towards me, her eyes gleaming yellow and I knew her wolf was surfacing.
I stepped back without saying anything looking at her in the face. At this point, she looked dangerous and also like b***h who was begging for a man's attention.
"What's with that face b***h? Why are you staring at me? Tell me what portion you did use for you to have him wrapped around your finger!" She hollered jerking by my shirt as her eyes blazed with anger.
'Nothing, just leave me alone!' I screamed internally but kept my lip shut tightly.
"Say something w***e! Say something!" she yelled again, this time louder as she punched me.
But I said nothing as she vented all of her anger and frustration.
"Now you think you can leave the pack easily after all the damage you have done, you must be daydreaming," she took a few steps towards me and I took a few steps back as she had half shifted, her claws were sharp and blunt, there was no way I am adding more to my injuries.
"Teresa, please stop! I didn't do anything, it was Tate who started…." Before I could even finish what I was trying to say, I felt the familiar ache on my arm making me grit my teeth tightly as pain surged through me, there were Teresa's claw marks standing there.
"You pathetic useless and wolfless girl, I am sure your parents must be regretting the day you were born that's why you were abandoned!" She said harshly, making anger flood through my veins.
"You have no right to talk about them like that," I growled loudly, shocking myself. I have had enough of her taunts and abuse.
"So?" she tilted her head with a mocking smile on her lips. " What are you gonna do b***h? huh! Tell me! she yelled, grabbing my chin harshly.
I stared at her with remorse as her grip on my chin grew tightly.
"You trash! ingrate! You were abandoned by your good-for-nothing parents, we took you in! provided you with food, shelter, and clothing and what did you do in return? I am sure you inherited those traits from your parents!" she shouted, raising her claw at me which made me lose and I immediately grabbed her. I could see her jaws drop before immediately composing herself and raising the other free hand towards my face which I also grabbed.
"Don't talk about them, you have no right to! you can do whatever you want with me but don't talk about my parents," my grip on her hands was still strong as she struggled to set them free.
"Look at this pathetic w***e have some guts, just because you are alpha Logan slave now means you can now talk back at me," her face formed in a thick scowl as she spoke every word with venom.
Just then, large footsteps echoed making me immediately turn in that direction before looking back at Teresa who had retracted her claws making her look like the victim, I released my grip on her hands immediately after I realized that.
"Beta Toran," she called out seductively as she flipped her hair seductively. Poor thing, he didn't spare her a glance.
"The Alpha wants you downstairs immediately," he announced with a stern and professional look before leaving.
"You are so pathetic!" Teresa growled before leaving.
I heaved a sigh of relief before grabbing my duffle bag, looking around at the small room I had lived in for years and my reason for leaving, a tear slid down my cheeks.
Goodbye Full Moon Pack.
