When Gray had asked her over, she had been taken aback but suddenly knew she wanted to go over. She missed their place together. The privacy it had offered was nice. Her mother was putting more pressure on Kristie to divorce Gray, which wasn’t what she wanted. She just wanted him to leave that g**g life and for her own mental health to be back on track. She pulled into the parking lot of their apartment complex. It brought back a surge of memories for her.
