Chapter Seven Kristie hated painting her nails. It was probably because she was so impatient when it came to doing it. She wished the damned things would dry instantly and she could just be done with it. The light pink polish stared up at her, with one finger already having been accidently smudged when she had to go pee. Kristie looked out the window. Gray was going to be home any minute. They were going to the doctor together to speak about trying to have a baby. After her meltdown last week, she had finally made an appointment. She was glad that Gray was coming with her.
