I had never actually seen the Alpha King’s fortress before. Ghost Moon Girls’ School used to have annual tours of the castle but those were optional so I always opted out of them. I was shocked to see a moat surrounding the castle. That was so medieval, just like the fact that the castle still had dungeons. A small part of me was relieved that I was going to the dungeons instead of a regular jail cell in the Ghost Moon Correctional Facility for Women. Prison frightened me more than the dungeons.
