Mackenzie POV
Mackenzie walked through the portal straight onto the Alpha unit’s floor.
“See you at eight on Monday?” Gabriella asked, looking over her shoulder. Mackenzie nodded, walking to the door of her and Tony’s suite as Gabriella made her way over to Dominic’s room.
Mackenzie went straight to the bathroom, starting the shower. She stepped under the hot water, enjoying how it washed away her stress, closing her eyes.
The smell of freshly cut wood invaded her nostrils. She smiled as she felt hot sparks across her stomach as arms wrapped around her.
“Rough day?” Tony asked, kissing her shoulder.
“Mmm” Mackenzie hummed, enjoying the feeling of being in his arms.
“How was yours?” she asked, turning around, and letting her hands roam over his sculpted torso.
