What confused me was when the pack doctor acted like he didn't even know me. I was sure he was the doctor who helped me when Alpha Brandon found me.
He was working in the Black Moon Pack. Does it mean he was dragged here to be the Alpha Doctor of the Black Moon Pack? He doesn't seem like a man who would betray his pack. I wanted to know why he was here!
“Stop staring at him. Do you want me to remove your eyes? Damn it!” Bryan growled. I swallowed hard when he tightly grasped my hand. I could hear how he breathed violently, as if he was trying to calm himself before hurting me.
“Your Majesty, you're trying to scare her. I can sense her heartbeat.” The doctor muttered. He didn't look scared when he talked with Bryan. He looked away when he gazed in my direction
