Keira's P.O.V.
I was totally scared when I saw that busted pot on the terrace. From the fraction of 1 second I was saved by Ryder. That was a gun shot. I was scared to death...
I heard Ryder telling some one about us on his phone...
"Calm down, she is safe... but we are still at the floor. Tell me when to get out from the hiding." he said to the person on the other side.
I heard the other person telling him something.
"Ok.... just look around for any more threat", he asked to him and I clutched his shirt tightly as my life is depended on him. There could be more threat out there for me. I panicked. I was having difficulty in breathing...
We were lying besides each other on the floor and he had embraced me in his arms tightly. I didn't want him to leave me.
