12. Emery
After dismissing everyone that came for the Alpha Ceremony, I had the Royal Guards bring the Alpha and Luna along with Dirk and Kasey to the Alpha’s office. I once again took the Alpha seat, one again with Dirk and Kasey sitting in front of me. I have Welsh and Barry in the office standing at the door. I have Chris and Elder Jones behind me. Then Tommy and Troy are guarding the outside of the door. I'm sitting there staring at Dirk and Kasey. Dirk is stone cold while Kasey is fidgeting with her nerves. Chris mind links me. ‘How do you want to proceed with this?’ I think for a minute. I know that no matter what I ask they are going to lie to me.
