Mia's POV
I sat in my room, surrounded by books and notes, and thought about the tests I had coming up. I worked hard to get better grades and was set on doing well.
My voice was shaking a little as I talked to my study partner on the phone. "Austin, I'm so nervous," I said. "What if I don't do well?"
Austin told me, "Don't worry. You worked hard in school and are now ready for this. Take it easy and remember what we talked about."
