Chapter Thirteen: Party Part Two
Kiara, at age nine
Kiara POV:
I chewed on my nails as Rex's mean babysitter, Emily, led us to Rex's parents. When we were a few steps away from them, I saw my parents, brothers, Rex's parents and prince Kayden and prince Jayden standing there as well. They all looked at us as Emily bowed to Rex's family and left us with them. All three of us shuffled on our feet, poking one another to say something so we wouldn't get in trouble or, worse, grounded! I saw the luna queen open her mouth to say something when I cut her off.
"Please don't be mad, luna queen; we only screamed because Rex said he would ask you guys to take away auntie Meg from us, so he didn't need to deal with his mean babysitter, Emily. But, you can't do that, please. Since we were born,
