The next few days went by, as Damien kept waiting to see Kiara. He wanted to apologize to her, tell her that he wanted her back no matter what, but she did not come. After the night he had seen her crying, she seemed to have vanished. Would not pick up his calls, respond to his text messages, or even come over at the Silver Moon's pack house. Not just her, Alan and Riley were missing too. And it was driving Damien crazy.
"You're really getting better," Xavier complimented, snapping him out of his thoughts.
"Hmm," Damien responded, scrolling through the twenty 'where are you', and 'we need to talk' messages that he had left Kiara.
"But," Xavier continued, making him roll his eyes. "We need to talk today."
"I'm in no mood for talking," Damien stated.
