Suriel had come to get me ready in the most beautiful gown I have ever seen. It was a dark purple that shimmered and changed into turquoise depending on where the light touched it. Suriel says Father had picked out the dress to match my features. I was more than pleased.
The dress fit tightly around my upper body and then flowed down past my hips in a slight flair. It had light beading on the bodice but nothing extravagant. The fabric was softer than anything I have ever worn and so comfortable it felt like a second skin. Suriel paired the dress with black peep toe heels that are barely seen.
