"Sophia Berge," I replied, shaking my hand with him.
"Nice to meet you," he said to me with a grin.
He looked like a happy guy to me. He was not as serious as his Alpha was. It was good. At least a few officials were not that moody like their Alpha, including my brother.
"You must have seen me in the club that night."
His words reminded me of where I had seen him. He was the one who told me that someone was waiting for me, and I ended up meeting Bryan on Sara's birthday night.
"Oh, yes," I mumbled.
But why did he do that? I wanted to ask him. But before that, the door of the CEO's office pulled open, and Lily came out of the room.
She looked at me, and then her eyes shifted to Edgar. She slightly bowed to him and turned her attention back to me.
