CLAVE’s POV.
I couldn’t help but be proud of the lady beside me. I didn’t expect her to pull off such a huge deal for me. I knew for a fact that Diablo didn’t sign the papers because of her intelligence only but he was clearly lusting after her and it annoyed the hell out of me but I had to keep my cool and finally it was over, i couldn’t help but pull her into a kiss after Diablo left. She was really a rare gem, I shouldn’t have done what I did to her.
Our kiss was interrupted when Ebony angrily banged her hand against the table and the lady in my arms unconsciously flinched.
