Asher POV
I'm on a conference call with one of the Alpha's when I get a link from Violet about a vampire attack. I don't even say anything but get up and head for the road that leads to the palace. As soon as I clear the palace wall I shift into Titan. All I can think about as I run is if something happens to Violet and my mother, I will lose my mind. When I see Violet standing alone in front of ten vampires, I am ready to kill my guards who are sitting in their car. I will rip them apart when I'm done with these ba**ards. I rip into two vampires as I see my bad a** vampire kicking some a** of her own. I know she is strong but everything in my instinct wants to protect my mate. I rip through two more before I see Violet jump up landing in front of the three vampires that are running away.
