I opened my eyes slowly but the brightness in the room was unbearable. The white walls, white ceiling to add on that the light from the fluorescent tube made it crystal clear that I was not in my house.
I could hear people talking but I could not get what they said clearly. I chose to ignore them and tried to think of what happened to me but I could not tell.
I used the strength I had to sit up and that is when I heard her talk to me.
