HEARTLESS ALPHA

CHAPTER 5 "ADA!!!" Someone was yelling "ADA! ADA, Wake up!" And another one. Ada's body was trembling excessively. Her hands were raised in the air, wide open. As if she would grab anybody in front of her and shred them to pieces at any moment. She opened her eyes and yelled," Ha?!--Help. "Ada was breathing fast and struggling, and her body was covered in sweat. "Get her some water," Alissa requested Minerva as she coaxed Ada to calm down.  Minerva and Alissa were awakened by the loud screaming of Ada and rushed to her room immediately. They found Ada covered in sweat, curled in one piece, and very scared. Before she snapped out of her deep sleep, Ada had raised her hands. Obviously, she had the worst kind of nightmare, again. It was not the first time they had witnessed her have one. Minerva came with the water she took from the kitchen counter and gave it to Ada, “Are you okay now? Breathe slowly, Ada.” After a minute, Ada nodded, "Thank you!" She was thankful her nightmare happened while her friends were there. She didn’t know if she would be able to wake up on her own. "Hun--, you better consult a professional," Minerva advised, really worried about her.  "Why did it happen again? It was almost a year since you had this bad dream." Alissa remarked concernedly. "I don't know--." Ada breathed out. She was still scared and nervous that her voice seemed to move out deep inside her throat. She couldn't tell her friends the real reason why she had a bad dream.  Ada knew the nightmare was connected to her worries. She worries about what her boss told them yesterday. Perhaps, that was the reason why the nightmare came back.  "You scared us— I want to stay with you, but I’m on duty tomorrow. I need sleep,” Alissa stroked her back. Ada smiled and wiped her tears with the back of her hands, "I am good. Go and sleep now--.” Minerva cut her off, "Are you sure? I can sleep here. I have no schedule tomorrow," she offered. Ada shook her head repeatedly. "Really, girls! I owe you big time, but I am good now. Go take your rest." Ada assured them. She checked the time on the wall— it was a few minutes before it ticked 3 am. "Go now, please; otherwise, I won’t be up early to give you both a good breakfast."  "You don’t have to do that, Ada!" Minerva uttered, still concerned about her condition. “I am alright—“ “Hmm. Hard-headed!” Ada chuckled. She was still feeling weak, but she didn’t want to trouble her friends.  After a few more convincing, her friends finally gave in. They hugged her before they left, keeping her night lamp open. When she was alone, Ada pondered on her lingering anxiety. She had never fully recovered from what happened in the past. Deep inside her, she knew something was about to happen—her secrets —it was just a matter of time.  Was it time to ask for help? Who would help her? And her job—she hoped it wouldn’t result in her giving up the job. She liked it there...and she liked her boss too...a lot!  —————— At that exact moment, the men arrived at the mansion after almost four hours of property surveillance. All of them were tired, even more so since they did not find any security breach. They secured the passages around the vicinity. “Alpha, passages are safe; we have to consider…someone had allowed those entities to enter in the premises without using force,” Terrence remarked in a way showing unease. Credence was a serious matter to them.  “Someone betrayed us!” Silver mused annoyedly. Betrayal. Who would dare to be disloyal to them? What was the motive? Anon furrowed his brows as he looked at his men. He couldn’t refute what Silver and Terrence said. But, it was hard for him to accept that someone among the residents betrayed their trust. Even more so, it now endangered the lives of everyone in the community.  For what reason would anyone betray them? Was it for wealth or the promise of power? Would they disregard the peace they have now? “I will temporarily lift the usage of the perfume that rendered them weak and unable to defend themselves. But only for the head of the families. Until we can perfect the formulation of the perfume, let them stop using it for a while. However, no one should be allowed to leave the community,” Anon ordered after weighing the situation.  The families could be left defenseless.  The perfume the community members used in their body, made the unique scent of the werewolves disappear; however, it also made them lose their strength. In this situation, they were too vulnerable to attacks and couldn’t defend themselves. He wouldn’t want the fate of the seven werewolves who died in the last three months to have precedence.  “I will let them know of your order, Alpha.” Terrence agreed to Anon. “You also need to increase your security Terrence, make the gammas take care of this.” Silver proposed. “We will be more vigilant, Beta Silver,” said Avid, the head of the Gammas. “Make Lucas and his manhunt,” Anon mumbled. “We will, Alpha. We will also increase the number of surveillance cameras,” Lucas guaranteed. “Silver and I won’t be able to return here for two months at the very least. A lot had to be taken care of on the business side. On top of that, we have to find the missing half of the perfume formula. We need to find that as soon as possible.” “Is the model you are looking for has something to do with this formula, Alpha?” Silver asked. “I am not sure—“ at the back of his mind, he wasn’t sure that the woman with the same amber eyes as his has a connection with the missing half of the perfume formula. However, he couldn’t disclose it to anyone, not unless he was sure. He needed to find her before his enemies found her first.  “Alright! For now, let just be more vigilant. Let’s call it a night. You may rest—,” after he said it, he proceeded to his room. He badly needed a shower as his feet and hands were covered with mud. It had been a while since he did this surveillance activity with his men. The business part had been taking so much of his time lately, but it was a task that he needed to do. The business profits sustained the needs of the community.  Staying in the game with a highly competitive business environment was like living in an arena of wild animals, always ready to fight and eat each other. The ruthless and powerful stayed in the game. They use each other to acquire more wealth—the never-ending struggle to be at the top for money and leverage.  Anon has a reputation as a ruthless businessman. His contemporaries believed he crushed whoever dared to stop him. He eliminated whoever stood before him. It was just a reputation, Anon never harmed anyone since no one dared to stand in his way, and he was always fair and square…until now. His leadership was being challenged by a minority in his own business ground. He knew someone was behind it, and he intended to find out who he or she or they were, the soonest time possible. He went straight to the bathroom to take away the dirt from his body. He was tired, his mind and body were restless, but he knew he wouldn’t be able to sleep, not when everything around him was like a fire pit threatening to explode anytime he lost his focus. Anon snapped from his deep thoughts when he heard a soft click coming from the door. Without looking at it, a small smile curved on his lips. His simple indulgence came, which might be what he needed to ease out the building fire inside him. “Can I join you, my Alpha?” Her coquettish voice floated inside the four corners of the shower room. Anon turned and looked at her. Agatha was slowly taking off the white robe she was wearing from her body, with a flirtatious smile on her face. Her red hair was in a messy bun, which exposed her shoulders and her pale smooth skin. He remembered the time when he saved her. She was almost on her last breath, fully covered by blood, 45 years ago. Agatha had been turned into an immortal—Anon made her immortal to save her. Their kind stopped aging at the age of  30. Their whole physical appearance wouldn’t change no matter how many decades passed by.  Agatha’s appearance was like that. She remained beautiful, like a 30-year-old woman or even younger. Her body was slim and curvy. Her breasts were like proud twin crests that remained a pleasing sight for men seeking pleasure. She behaved like a mistress of the Alpha and claimed to be one. Anon didn’t mind, but he neither confirmed nor denied it. As far as he was concerned, Agatha's focus was on overseeing his pleasure, his beastly need, and that was all there was to it.  She moved to join him in the shower with a smile on her face, especially when he saw his erect manhood. She didn’t need the invitation or the confirmation. His body’s response to her nearness required no words. Like all their other couplings, no preparatory movement was necessary. Anon did the task that he was supposed to do. Under the shower, he pressed her body against the wall, and in one urgent movement, he entered her slick and wet womanhood. Agatha bit her lips, swallowing the pain brought by his hugeness. Anon never kissed her lips; at most, he just buried his head in between her neck and her ears as he grunted and groaned in satisfaction. Agatha moaned as Anon unleashed himself in powerful and hard pushing and pulling of his rigid member from her opening. Her arms were on his shoulders, and her legs wrapped around his waist as she received his beastly and aggressive thrusts, over and over until she was sent to her climatic release several times. She jolted and bounced to meet his powerful and pleasurable invasion until he finally reached his own intense release, followed by his hoarse groan as he came outside of her body, letting his seeds flow and wash away, merging with the water sprinkled by the shower. His seeds—no one would be allowed to nurture his seeds. After a few minutes of calming their tensed nerves, Agatha found her voice, “May I sleep in your bed tonight, A?” Finishing his shower and while rubbing himself with a towel, he responded, “You know the answer to that, Agatha.” He quickly walked out of the shower room with a towel wrapped around his waist. Agatha followed him with a sad expression. She wore her white robe once again, and then she asked him in a coquettish tone, “Even for tonight only, A? Can’t we sleep together? You will leave tomorrow and —“ She intended to plead more, but Anon cut her off. “Do I need to remind you of how it is between us?” He muttered with a very serious expression on his face. Agatha released a deep breath and uttered something that she should not, “When will you declare me as a Luna?” “Luna?—I never had a Luna, neither do I need one.” Anon snarled at her. He was pissed by her persistent nagging and begging for the position she didn’t deserve. “But—“ Agatha would like to reason since no one else that could provide him pleasure, but Anon cut her off again. “No buts Agatha, or else— you stop offering your body to me,” He looked at her fiercely. “I still have many things to do. Leave me now!” His eyes darkened. Agatha hid her hurt feelings. She bowed and turned to walk away.  Realizing that after so many years, she never able to soften the heart of her beloved heartless Alpha…but unless there was someone who could take her place, which was next to impossible…in due time, his heart would be hers.
