The next day's meeting was not the same as yesterday as far as the attendees' stands were concerned. Twenty men and women were inside the oversized conference room, but the audience faces were not as peaceful as yesterday. Few even looked cynical and with unhidden self-interest, as Ada head their conversation.
She was in charge of receiving the people inside and leading them to the chairs assigned to them; although there were tags in the table for their seating arrangements, a few still asked for assistance to their seats.
