CHAPTER 10
Fifteen minutes after Ada entered the restroom, she somewhat managed to control her emotions. She stood up and walked away from the cubicle. Ada approached the sink and splashed water from the faucet to her unmade-up face. She fixed herself and proceeded to her cabin to take up again her task for the day. No one in the office noticed her surge of emotion earlier. She temporarily placed the bothersome discovery at the back of her mind as work should be her priority.
She started picking up from where she left when Silver approached her desk.
He instantly smiled at her when she looked up. Ada had acknowledged his presence with an equal smile on her face.
