“Well, Christian was right.” Brooke said to me. “You’re pregnant.”
“Wow, that fast?” Chantay asked.
“I still had a period, though.”
“Of course, you would. So, I could understand if it’s come to a shock to you.”
Brooke helped me off the floor and walked me over to the sink.
“Hold on, I have a fresh toothbrush for her.” Chantay said as she began opening her bathroom drawers. “Here, you go.”
