What decision is she talking about? I didn’t say anything to her, so what is she referring to? I asked, curiosity piqued.
“Mom, I have no idea what you're talking about, and why are you in my room so early?” I inquired as she entered and locked the door behind her.
“You know exactly what I mean,” she said, her gaze fixed on me. “I saw how happy you were when you returned. I was glad to see you smiling at your three mates, despite your usual anger towards them. You never seemed to care about the mate bond you already have, but that's okay,” she continued, smiling.
