~One Year Later
I just got back from a council meeting that was much more eventful than the last one. Eric was talking about having a third in command in each pack. Instead of just having an Alpha and Beta, there should be a third that he was calling a Gamma. He said that the person could be of our choosing. Either another Beta wolf or an Omega that excels in leadership and strength. He had already picked his Gamma out and had talked to Grant about it since he was eighteen, but hadn’t started his pack yet. Grant supported it and so did everyone else.
The older Alpha’s supported the idea but would have their sons take over with a Beta and look for a Gamma after that. The other four of us that had just taken over in the past six years supported it and would pick out Gammas for ou
