Smiling, she picked up the package and turned, moving to drop them off at the attic.
When Max woke, it was to see Elisha still sleeping. Gently, so as to not wake her up, he stood and walked towards the stairs only to meet Angelie carrying the package of metals in. “Wow, Angelie, easy. Here, let me help you.”
She replied, “Oh, you are awake. Sure.”
