When they arrived at Aaron’s house, Angelie opened the door so she could help Aaron out of his car. John wiggled Aaron. “Aaron, wake up. We are here at your house.”
Aaron opened his eyes. “We are here already. That was fast.” He rose from the back seat of his car. Angelie held his shoulders. “Thank you, Angelie.”
Max explained the melted door. “Sorry about that. I had to melt it to escape.”
Aaron blamed himself for Max’s action. “No need to apologize.”
