Chapter 9Johnny threw the covers over himself and tried to block out the yelling and banging around. He guessed their mom wasn’t too crazy about Colton moving out to live with Tony. Their shouting only stopped when a horn beeped outside their trailer.
Colton walked into their room. “Unbelievable!”
Johnny peeked from the covers. “I guess she’s not taking it well?”
“You come out gay, I come out as pan. No big deal to her, she’s ready to join us on the rainbow float. But tell her I’m moving in with Tony? Jesus H Christ!”
“Language! He’s told old for you Tony,” Sharon shouted.
“He’s only fifteen years older!” Colton shouted as he gathered some personal stuff and threw it on his bed. “I’m an adult. I hope you didn’t expect me to live here forever.”
