(Rowan) My eyes fluttered open. They felt so heavy. I found that I was laying flat on the concrete and my body ached tremendously. I pushed myself up with shaking arms. But when I got to a seated position, my head swam with dizziness and I wretched, vomit spilling all over the cement floor. I threw up 3 more times before I felt the dizziness finally lift away. When I felt more steady I leaned against the wall, rubbing my face with my hands. It was then that I felt someone watching me. My hands fell into my lap as Rachel came into focus.
