14. Swing in the Air

1820 Words
In the castle of Mighty Moon Pack- Third Person's POV- Richmond rolls the knife in his hands seeming to be in deep thought. He looks innocent with a pouting face but the moans of agony do not allow anyone to misunderstand the situation in his chambers right now. Bound to a thick and strong coat hanger, stands a naked woman, trembling in fear, scared to even plead for her life.  The time seems to move in slow motion for her as she counts the seconds of her life and counts her breaths.  "So, why did you come here?" Richmond asks her while still rolling the knife in his hands. "Master... I came... to... to clean your room as usual." She says anticipating his next question.  "Then what was the notice meant for me doing in your hands?" He asks not sparing her any glance. "It fell on the floor, Master. I didn't... I didn't mean to do anything with it." She says breaking into sobs. "Yet when I came into the chambers, I saw you hiding it beneath your dress." He says feigning confusion and lifts his head to look at her. "It was a mistake, Master. I am sorry. I was merely tiding my dress." She says crying. "Where is the mistake in it?" He asks making her scared and whimper. "You are not even a good lier. Tsk..." He clicks his tongue while shaking his head. "Please, Mater. I did a mistake..." She sobs hanging her head down in submission. "You have been in the palace for so long. You must understand how things work here. I can't just let you go and risk my plan. You need to get away, far far away. It must be done. You want me to forgive you, don't you?" He asks in a calm voice as if talking to a kid. The girl nods hastily. "You want to make me happy?" He asks and the girl nods again with a slight glimmer of hope.  Richmond leans closer to her ear before whispering, "Then you must sacrifice yourself for your master."  Her eyes widen. The knife cuts through her throat smoothly. Her eyes turn back soft. One second is all it takes and her blood drips down her naked body like a river. Richmond pulls away and cleans his knife with his cloth while looking at the girl he killed so mercilessly. "See, it only took a second. And now you are free from all your problems, all your responsibilities of your sick mother. Now, you don't need to work hard for her treatment. All the burden has fallen on your father's shoulders. You are free. I set you free." He says to the dead girl before turning around and walking to the table at the side. He picks up the mysterious note which got the poor girl killed in the first place.  "What was the reason for your death again?" Richmond says looking back at her with his eyebrows furrowed. "Ah! You stole the gold coins from my chambers and when I tried to question you, you attacked me with a knife..." He says while slicing his chest through his clothes. "...and I had to kill you for this treason of killing your soon to be King." He smiles to himself. "And why did you steal the coins?" He asks the dead girl again.  "Ah! You have a sick mother." He smiles at his fabricated story before ordering the guards to get his chamber cleaned and goes to clean him in the bath. A mere step to get rid of his sin. Back in The Royal Kingdom- Rosabelle's POV- "So how are you two doing? I hope you are comfortable here. " I ask Tina and Ana while making paper birds with the children. Well, I'm trying to make them correctly. "It's so much better here, Queen Bell... I mean... umm... Queen." Tina says and I look down in embarrassment. It's embarrassing, they got threatened to not call me Bella because our beloved King has got my name changed.  "We have gotten work here. We take care of the horses and sometimes help in making terracotta. It's pretty fun, to be honest. Moreover, we never thought we'll get a pack to call our home let alone the Royal pack." She says smiling which I return with my own. "Yeah, it's pretty fun to work with horses and see them getting castrate every day!" Ana speaks making me chuckle. "Really, I never ever saw horses in my life and now I see them getting their balls cut," Ana says.  "You got it wrong again!" Rick, the bossy among all of them says. I have instantly taken a liking to him. He mocked the King is still alive. The little man is bold. "Oops! I'm sorry." I say with wide eyes while Tina and Ana chuckles. "You got to be patient, Rick. We aren't free lie you to practice this all day long." Ana groans. "But you are older. You should be able to do it with less practice." Rick says. "Exactly. We are old. Why are we making these paper birds like children." Ana says. From the small amount of time that I have spent with these two, I can tell Ana is pretty straightforward and Tina is a sweet girl. "Hush," I say quitting both of them.  "I got it!" I exclaim making my first perfect birdie. "Ah! Are we done now?" Ana asks while groaning. She doesn't seem to like all this. "Good job, my Queen." Rick pats my shoulder making me chuckle. I look back to find Dargan and find him talking to Ralph. I can't believe he is still talking about court matters here. "Give me another paper and a quill," I ask Rick and jog down a note for Dargan. "I thought you were here to show me around. Why did you marry Ralph, though?" I write down and make a bird of it. I stand up and puff a little air in the opening of the paper so that it can fly smoothly. "Let's go. I need to check out other places." I say to the kids and my new girl friends before aiming my paper bird in Dargan's direction and pushing it in the air. Roald sees it before as he is standing facing me but doesn't do anything. My birdie hits Dargan's shoulder and I turn my head to the other side as soon as he turns around.  "Let's go," I say while the girls give me curious looks. Ana doesn't even try to hide it. "We'll show you the swing!" Rick says and I move with them. Risk brings me to some beautiful swings between the lush trees. The scenery itself is beautiful. The area isn't even crowded and there are swings attached to the trees that are deeper into the woods. It reminds me of the one back at my parent's home. That's where I and Nina would spend our time the most. "I'll take that one!" I say run to one of the swings surrounded by trees but allowing to see what's happening outside. The kids squeak behind me before running to their own swings.  Tina and Ana each stand beside either tree holding my swing.  I push my feet on the ground and start my swing before noticing Dargan. He moves towards me before stopping behind me. I look at my side to look at him while swinging back and forth. As my swing moves back, I feel his hands on my ass as he pushes the swing forward. I gasp at his touch at his hot breath that tickled my neck for a second. I hold my breath when I near him again and this time he places a kiss on my neck along with touching my ass. The next time he bites my earlobe and I decide to stop him from showcasing his affection publicly. There aren't many people but there are kids and my new two friends, not to forget Roald. "Dargan, stop," I say gaining a kiss on my temple before the swing takes me back ahead. As I flow back, Dargan stops me by the waist, halting my ride.  "Didn't you complain I'm not entertaining you enough? And trust me, I would rather die than marry Ralph." He growls lowly in my ear before pushing the swing back ahead. I chuckle and he kisses my shoulder when I come within his reach. "Stop," I say and he only increases the speed.  "Dargan stop. This is too fast." I say loudly but only get his kisses one after the other. As much as I want him to stop, I like his hands on my ass every time he pushes my swing ahead. "Dargan, I'm getting dizzy," I say a lie to make him stop and he does. Instantly. His one hand comes around my waist while the other sits on my ass. "Lier." He bites my ear hard before continuing. "Okay, Okay, but seriously stop!" I chuckle. His hands stop me again and he whispers in my ear, "Make me." "Dargan!" I squeal like a kid before breaking into laughter. Think Rose, think. You need to make him stop! "I need to see other places!"  "I have to meet Eleanor!" "I have to make more paper birds!" I laugh at my own excuses along with the girls.  "Roald needs to talk to you!" I say and again nothing. "Think of a better one," Dargan says bitting my neck. "I need to treat your rash!" I blurt out before laughing out loud. The girls break into laughter and I hear Roald stifle his laugh, but even after this embarrassing statement, Dargan doesn't stop. "Ohh... Look at that man's ass." Well, that certainly does the job. My back hits his chest and he pulls me through the swing. He turns me around and makes me sit again all the while I seize my breath. He keeps his hands, one on each side. He leans closer to my ear while slowly moving which makes the swing move backwards. "Such a foul mouth." He whispers. "That made you stop, though. Not my fault that you understand only foul language," I say looking into his eyes. "You always have an answer to shoot at me, don't you?" He asks nuzzling his nose in my crook. "Can't let you have all the fun now, can I?" I say and he smirks before capturing my lips in a rough kiss. His hands rest on my ass while his tongue forces its way inside my mouth. It tangles with mine perfectly while dominating it. I control the urge to moan remembering our place and gently push him away. "Not here, Dargan," I whisper against his lips. He squints his eyes at me and again claims my lips before a terror-filled scream stops us both.
