Haley's POV

As time was coming and going, cheerleading practice after practice, game after game, things have been going back to somewhat normal to me. Today it was only me that came to school, it was sunny out and well Nessie and Zach couldn't come to school. Well Zach hasn't been back to school in the last month or so. He's been keeping his distance from me ever since what had happened about a month ago with Emmett. My sister had finally told me what she's been keeping from me but I'm glad he's been away. It left me to myself to get my school stuff done. Some days it was just Jacob, Nessie, and me coming to school but today I was alone. Jacob don't come hardly when Nessie is at home or he is with the pack most of the time.

On top of all the crazy, Alex has been working on the side with Carlisle with his problem. But its fine, we've had time together when they weren't doing whatever. He was scared that his family would show up and do things.

As I was in lunch, sitting at the table me and my family sit at, eating alone until my team had showed up. I wasn't even aware that they were close until they scare me a little. I was just looking out the window enjoying the view of the woods.

"Hey, cheer queer." Jessica had said once she had sat down, using our little joke.

"Huh, oh hey." I said back.

"You good? You've been down a lot lately? What's wrong?" Ashley asked.

"I'm good, just I hate when I'm alone."

"Your not alone, you have us."

"Oh I know. I mean with my family and," I started to say. I couldn't say his name, it hurt a little.

"Zach, ain't here. Girl if that man don't stop and being a little b***h he got some problems. But other than your niece and her boyfriend where they at anyways? They've been gone for a few days." Michael had said.

"When its nice out, my sister and her husband pulls her out to go do nature hikes a little up north. And Jacob he's either out of town like always or with them." I told them.

"Man, wish my parents would do that type of s**t. We hardly get a sunny day here in Washington. And when we do, in would like to enjoy it but no I have to be here." Casey said.

"You and me both. Like the last time our parents done anything on a sunny day, we went to the zoo. The f*****g zoo like really." Bobbi said.

"Hey now you like some of those cute cuddly animals we saw. Remember the little monkey that they let you hold." Whitney said.

We all awed at that.

"Yea, until it peed on me." Bobbi whined.

"They gave you a shirt for free so quit whining. And we got to swim with the dolphins as well." Whitney said.

"Omg, you guys didn't." I had whined. "I love dolphins. When I lived in Jacksonville with my mother and father, we lived right off the beach so when I got early in the morning right when the sun was coming up, I would see a pack of them. I got a few pictures of them." I told them.

The girls awed at what I had said and somehow I felt happy again. Kinda. Wish I could go home for awhile. I do miss it.

By the time school has ended and it was the weekend, I had went home and yelled out for my sister. I wanted to have a talk with her. A serious talk.

"BELLA!" I had yelled out even though I didn't need to. They could hear me even if I had whispered her name.

Bella had came down from upstairs, who knows why she was up there. She looked different, like she was in a good mood for once.

"Yes, Haley?" She had asked.

"Can we talk?" I asked as I sat down on nth couch.

"Sure, what's up?"

"I wanna go home. I miss home, I miss mother and father, like its driving me crazy right now." I told her.

"Oh, I guess we can a moving van to ship all your stuff there."

"Wait what? Your kicking me out."

"You just said you wanted to go home."

"Yea, for the weekend silly. Its Friday and I can come back sunday night or Monday morning." I told her.

"Oh, I gotcha." Bella said smiling. "How about this. Since your grades are good kn school and its been a little crazy here, how about you stay for a week. Leave tonight and come back next Sunday."

"Really!?" I asked excitedly.

"Yes, I'll call mom and have a talk with the others about this. I can ask Carlisle for some money to get you a last minute tickets for tonight." She was saying until Alice had came down all happy.

"Don't need to, I have already booked your flights. You leave tonight at midnight so go pack. And your parents already know about this, you will arrive in Jacksonville in about 6 hours, which will be 6am." Alice told me.

I nodded and ran to the stairs but stopped. "Did you have a vision of me asking?" I had asked.

"Nope, I had a vision of you at the beach with your mother. You were happy and was looking the views.." Alice said.

I smiled then ran up to my room. I was beyond excited. I grabbed two of my suitcases and started packing some clothes for a week. I know my mother and I will go shopping while I was there so I didn't bring much. Noted the extra suitcase. As I was going through, Renesmee had came into the room.

"Hey, so I see your going to see grandma."

"Yea, I can't wait. I miss it there. Maybe one of these days you, me and Jacob can take a road trip there this summer or whatever." I had told her.

"That would be amazeballs." Renesmee had said making me stop packing.

"Amazeballs, where did you learn that from?"

"A movie, I was watching the other night. Don't ask me what the name of it was, I don't remember. It came on real late and I couldn't sleep."

I nodded my head then went back to packing. As I was done, it was little after 5. Renesmee and I went downstairs to go eat dinner. After eating my favorite that Esme made, I had went up to take a nice hot bath to relax so I could go to sleep for a little bit.

As I was done, I got out put on some night clothes and got into the bed. Even how excited I was, I had fell asleep fast.

Zach's POV

As I was in my room, I heard some of Haley's conversation with Alice and Bella. She was going away for a week, that was somewhat sad. But I was happy for Haley to get away for a little while. Give her a break of all the crazy s**t going on. Expressly with me acting like an ass lately.

As I heard she get all excited and talking to Renesmee about it all, she has brought up a road trip this summer to back down. I shook my head at them but was happy. As I was reading a few books that I had borrowed from Edward, I heard Haley take a bath and get ready for bed. When I saw it was only 8pm, I got up and went to her room. It wouldn't hurt to sleep next to her for one last time before I won't see her for awhile.

When I walked in there, she was laying on her side facing the window. It was perfect for me to lay on the bed and wrap my arm around her. Even though I can't sleep, but I can least close my eyes and enjoy her presents. Maybe it will help me relax as well.

As time was passing, me watch her sleep, she didn't even hardly move in her sleep. At first I thought she was dead but she wasn't. I heard her heart beat under me and her body slowly moving up and down from breathing. I smiled a little to know she was okay. As I looked over at her clock it was a few minutes to 11. I got up and walked out here room bumping into Bella on the way out.

"Well I see you couldn't deal with the idea of her leaving huh?" She had asked me softly.

I looked down and shook my head. "No, but I know she'll be back in a week." I told her as I went to go to my room.

"You want to ride with me to take her to the airport?" Bella has asked me.

I looked back at her. "You sure? What is she don't want me to?"

"If she don't well she'll have to deal with it because I want you to come with us."

I nodded then went up to my room to change clothes. As I was done, I heard Haley was up and moving her bags downstairs to the car. As I vamped down there, I helped her put them in the car as she said her goodbyes for now to the others. As I got into the back, Bella and Haley came out and got into car. Haley looked at me for a moment and smiled. But didn't say a word to me. At least she smiled that was all that matters to me. Bella looked at me in the rearview mirror and smiled a little at me.

As we got to the the airport, I had helped Haley get her bags and took them to get them checked in. Bella and her held on to each other while they walked to her gate. When I got over there, I handed Haley her tickets and told her good luck.

"Here you go Haley. Good luck, I hope you have a nice vacation there. I'll make sure to get your school work for the week." I told her.

"Zach, thank you." She said then looked at Bella for a moment. Then walked over to me. "I know you were in my room last night, I felt you get in the bed. It felt good, like the last time."

"Oh, that's good. I'm glad you weren't mad about it." I said.

"Mad, please." She said then did the unthinkable.

She had leaned in and kissed me on the lips. I smiled during the kiss, bringing my arms up around her waist as she brought her arms around my neck. I was glad she had made the move, I was a little scared to.

"Haley, I still love you no matter what."

"Zach, I do to. Maybe us being apart for awhile will help. I'll see you in a week and I'll let you know how feel then." She told me then leaned in one more time to kiss me before heading onto the plane.

Haley's POV

Once I got onto the plane, I was replaying what just happened with Zach and I. I was happy how it played. Least I know he still cares about me and loves me.

As I put in my earphones to listen to some music as I somewhat go to sleep while I'm in the air. Once I had got me something to drink for the night I was good.

But that didn't stop the time for me. I was actually glad though, I wanted to see my parents faster.

Once we had landed, I had got off and went to go fetch my bags before I go to the front and find my parents. Once I got my bags, I was about to go find them when they had found me.

"Haley!" My mother had yelled.

I turned around and saw she was standing by the restrooms. I ran over there with my bags rolling behind me. I dropped them once I had got to her to hug her. I gave her the biggest hug ever that she had to say ow.

"Ow, sweetie."

"Sorry."

"Have you been working out?"

"Yea, I'm a cheerleader. I thought I told you."

"No you haven't. But I'm glad your doing great in school. That was one thing your different from your sister. She was always the shy one and your the one that all out there." My mother told me.

"Yea, I guess you can say that. Where's dad?" I asked.

"At the car." She said as she grabbed one of my bags.

As we wheeled my bags through the airport to get to where the car was. Once we got there, my father had got out of the car and I once again dropped the bag. I jumped into his arms and gave him a hug as well.

"Well hello to you too sweetie." My dad said.

I giggled. "I just miss you guys so much. "

"I see, when Alice called us, we thought something bad or wrong was going on." My mother said.

"Oh no. I just wanted to come home and see my parents."

"You've only been gone a few months sweetie." She told me.

"I know. But two months to long." I said laughing a little.

As we got into the car and got home, the sun was just coming up and I loved how it looked over the water.



Once my father had parked the car, he took my bags and brought them in while me, I had walked from the garage to the beach. The breeze was cool but not to cold. Just perfect. As I walked close to the water, I sat down in the sand, dug my feet in the nice cool sand, and watch the sun come up. As I wrapped my arms around my legs, enjoying the warmth of the sun, my mother had came down with a cup of coffee and sat next to me.

"You miss this?" She had asked me.

I looked at her before saying a word. I just smiled and looked back to the sun and took a drink of my coffee before I spoke. "I do, kinda wish I never left." I said at first.

"But, you miss your sister."

"Yes. I feel like its short for us you know. I mean with time. It feels like 16 years ago, Bella and I never really you know was close that much. But now since I love with her and she helped me get to where I am in life right now. I mean I have the rest of this year and next year so, anything is possible if you believe right?" I had said.

"Yes it is. When Bella told me, no when Charlie told me what Bella was, I was a little scared about it all. But to look back, Edward was here and he was good to her and us. The moment I met him, 18 years ago in the hospital when Bella got hurt, I knew from that moment he was the one for her. He never hurt her other than leaving her for his own good, which I respect that from him, but still. I'm happy for them. They gave me a wonderful granddaughter, that grew up way to fast." My mother was saying. "What I am saying, I'm happy for my girls. Bella's happy, your happy, ain't you happy Haley?" She asked me.

Before I said a word, I looked at her. Clearly I missed these talks with her. She wasn't my mother when had them, she was like a sister. Before I could say anything, I started to tear up. I leaned into her and cried a little. She rubbed my back a little as she console me.

"Honey, talk to me?"

"I am happy, its just lately, its been stressful. Zach and I only a break and right before I got on the plane we kissed and said; "I love you!", to each other." I told her.

"So, this vampire, kin to Alice right?"

"Yea, he's here nephew."

"Well if he knows what's best for you two, then maybe he's doing it for a reason. Maybe he's like Edward in a way. Making sure he don't hurt you. If he knows what best, you will be the first to know. Trust me." She had told me.

Of course I nodded. I smiled at her, she was right. I just had to wait. As the water was starting to come up, it was high tide now, we got up and went into the house. My father was making us breakfast, my favorite of course. French toast, bacon, and eggs, with a side of OJ.

When breakfast was done, I had went up to my room and laid down for a nap. I was feeling it now after a good meal and so much sleep.

When I woke back up, my mother was knocking at my door. I got up and answered it. When I opened up the door, she had a card in her hand.

"What time is it?" I had asked rubbing my eyes.

"A little after noon. I was thinking we go do a little shopping. Get you looking cute when you go back home." She told me grinning from one ear to the other. "Show Zach what he's missing."

I started smiling at her. She was more like a teenager then I was. But I loved her. I nodded at her and close the door to change clothes. I put on some short shorts, a tank top and slide on my flip flops. I grabbed my phone and ran downstairs to the car. She was finding some music on the radio by the time I got in. Once I got in, she opened up the top of the car and backed out of the drive. It was a day for just us, a mother-daughter day. I used to love these when I was a kid. When my dad would make a big bonus he would give it to us and go all out with it. But this time I'm older and they've been saving since I've been gone the past few months.

We went to 4 different stores to get some clothes and shoes, got our nails and toes done, got my hair trimmed a little. It was down the middle of my back and now its to my shoulders. I usually don't cut my hair but I said f**k it and wanted to treat myself for once. By the time it was 5 in the afternoon, well evening, we stopped at papa johns and ordered a few pizzas for us. When we got home, I had found a movie on TV and both me and my parents ate and watched the movie.

My father was pleased to see how much I'd changed since I had been here for short 12 hours. Already done so much. But as long as his baby girl was happy, he was happy. Both my parents were glad I was happy and having fun since I got here and it was the point of me coming here. To enjoy myself on a little vaca, I call it. Even though it was a short week of doing it. But it wasn't gonna stop me at nothing.

As the time was coming and going, I had over a few hundred dollars of clothes and shoes. Rose and Alice were gonna be pleased. They all gonna shut bricks when I come back and see a whole new me. I haven't really talk to any of them since I've been here. But I was missing my vampire family and my school friends.

It was Saturday night and I was making sure I had all my stuff all packed. My old and my new. Both of my suitcases were full and I don't think I could put anymore in them.

As the week was fun, I had went with my father to a few of his games, practices and all. The team loved me and was glad to see me again. I played a few practice games with them and I had fun. I also had asked a huge favor from them. I had asked them to sign a shirt from their team out to Charlie and a ball. My mother thought it was thoughtful of me. He was like a uncle to me and I loved him.

When I wasn't with the baseball team, I was at the beach either tanning or swimming in the ocean. I had went to my favorite spot that was a few smiles down from the house, the little cave that I had found when I was younger. When I got there, I didn't stay. There were some people partying, having some fun and it was a cool party place. Off the cave walls the music was echoing and it was amazing all together. But I only went there to be alone but couldn't. As I left, I walked on the beach in the water on my way home. Ran into a few old friends, talked some as well made it back to my place. Told them I was leaving to go back home. They gave me a hug and told me good luck.

As I woke up the next day, I felt low. Blue, that I was leaving this place once again. But I had school the next day. A life to resume back once again. As my parents drove me to the airport one last time, til next time. When we got to my gate I gave them the longest hug of my life until it was time to go. I kissed them both and waved before I got on the plane.

When I found my seat, I had put my earphones in and jammed to my music to fall asleep to for the time being until I got back home. In just short 6 and a half hours, two plane rides, I would be seeing my love ones again. I hated that it was two rides but it was whatever.

Once I landed in Seattle, I went to get my bags and headed towards the lobby of the airport. And just like before, the whole family was there. None of them were expecting to see me like this, so it was a good one when I came walking up to them.

"Hey good looking? You got a girlfriend?" I had asked Zach when I walked up to him.

"Yes, I do. I'm waiting for her to show up." He told me looking at me weird.

"Oh really, what does she look like?" I had asked.

"She got this most beautiful smile, the most gorgeous eyes and long brown hair. I would kill someone over her."

"Oh really, Zach. You would do that for me?" I had asked breaking my cover."

Everyone looked at me like what the f**k just happened. Rose and Alice ran over and touched my hair.

"You cut your beautiful long hair." Rose had said.

"Oh my god Rosalie, look at her. She's looking more like a woman. She's got her nails done, hair cute, eyebrows done." Alice had said.

"Wait, what happened to my sister?" Bella asked.

"Blame mother for this." I said laughing at the girl's face. "She wanted to treat me well. Show someone who they were missing." I said as I looked at Zach.

Of course he knew who I was talking about. He was a little hurt and was about t walk away until I had grabbed him and turned him around. I leaned forward and kissed him. Surprising him more than myself. That made his sad face into a huge smile.

"I meant what I said that day I left. Can we try again, this time take it slow." He had asked me.

"Yes of course." I said as I reached my hand out. "Hi, I'm Haley Dwyer, I'm Bella's baby sister."

He shook my hand as he said the same thing. "Hi, I'm Zach Cullen, I'm Alice's nephew."

"Good to meetcha." I said.

Hope everyone liked this chapter. I know I made the trip a little short but described what she did the whole week. Shopping, hanging out, doing what most girls do sorta.
