The mind. Such a tricky aspect of the body. With the right application of pressure and manipulation, one can gain control of the mind, yet, with just a slip, one can loose it. Same thing with trust, as it does deal with the mind. My gaze remains on Jacob veloski, as Romeo's men torture him, while the two siblings watch as they discuss something inaudibly. My mind wondering at how I came to the right place at the right time, making me become skeptical if this is indeed a truth or a decoy. Will I place it to be a coincidence of when Jacob threatens Jen, he comes to be an accomplice to the gang that attacked Felicity's party, or this might be a ploy I'm not seeing correctly. Whichever one it is, I must be wary of what I do next. The moment Romeo broke the news of a Jacob veloski being an accomplice of the gang who attacked the party, I would say a part of me was excited that I may not have to do the dirty work myself and just let it all coincide with a drug incidence, which is why I agreed to go with Felicity when we needed to capture Jacob, whom of course didn't comply willingly and turned the scene into a murder one.  Yet, it was expected because if indeed, this is not a plan by Jacob with Felicity then he is expected to resist at first, seeing that he knows of the wrong he has done and wouldn't want to be captured for it. At the same time, this could go the other way, and still be a ploy for it all to look real.  "Wait." Felicity speaks, with a finger raised in the air, while I just watch it all, looking for another sign that aligns together to prove either of my theories before I act, as my hands do not detest from feeling the gun behind my back. "I presume I need no introductions, since you already tried to flee at the first sight of me." Felicity walks closer to Jacob whom is tied to a chair, as every opening on his face oozes with blood. "Which means you did exactly what it is I hear you did." Felicity's tone changing as she finally reaches him. "Tell me Jacob, how much did they pay you for you to sabotage your presence in the group. Rather, what did they promise you?" Felicity meets eye to eye with him. "You think I will tell you anything...hmph...quit feeling over your head Felicity King." Jacob spits as the accent in his tongue surfaces. "They didn't have to pay me to do what I did. I gladly did it." Jacob adds, while Felicity takes a step back, with her eyes still on him. "He's not ready yet, move him to stage two and lest see if he talks then and if he doesn't we move to, stage three." Felicity's words coming as cold as ice to her men, with her gaze firming on Jacob "Wait," I speak, as the whole attention is turned towards me, including Felicity. "Stress does not look good on you, my friend," I add while I walk towards Felicity, whom stares at me perplexed. "Where I grew up, we have something we call 'the innocence punishment'." A smile takes its way to my lips, while the room stays silent listening to me speak. "That punishment was used on children, men and even women with the strongest of minds, whom resisted the system, or disobeyed the rules. And in your case Jacob, you have done above that." My tone changing with each word that exists my lips, turning into anger and desist. "You don't know me, but I do know you perfectly Jacob, and how couldn't I? You took and tortured something of mine, molested it and not caring the innocence it carried." My gaze meeting oppositely with Jacob, as he can only stare at me perplexed, of reason which I know why, for he has never heard of me and I wouldn't have also, if not for Jen. My gaze hardens with recent anger to cloud them, as memories of Jen's words ring in my ears, of how he used her for his own purposes by putting her in an impossible situation, one she does not know at this moment that I have laid eyes with him. "I can never forgive you for what you did, but like I have told Felicity here, I don't get my hands dirty, which is probably why you haven't heard of me. But now I'm ready to." My smile raises to a sly smirk, as neither Felicity nor Romeo speak a word. I take a step back, having my gaze to meet with Romeo, whom stares at me perplexed, as though he fights to know whom exactly I am. "Your younger sister, Emily, whom has been in a coma for fifteen years now, under the supply of imputed oxygen. Hmm, I'm sure she doesn't know her brother now kills and harms women just like her." A chuckle escape my lips, as Jacob's eyes go wide. "You bit..."  "Shut your f*****g mouth!" My voice echoes through the room, as I cut Jacob from completing his foul sentence towards me, with the pitch of my words. "You dare not speak while I speak!" Jacob stares at me horridly.  "Aurora..." Romeo calls my name, as my gaze meets his while he sees this side of me, that even I didn't know I could muster, yet, I'm already far gone into the thoughts of what he did to Jen, that not even Romeo can snap me out of it.  "As I speak to you, I have my men going down to st Laurent's hospital ready to cut off the oxygen system from your sister, and what? All your hard work and hard earned money to keep her alive, will go down the drain. And not even a word from you or your confessions can stop what I'm about to do to you and every one of your family. Dead or Alive. So answer me correctly Jacob when I ask you, who the f**k is behind your mission?" My eyes bulging out of my sockets that I watch Jacob shiver in fear of my words, one that even I shiver in my own bones, making me realize one thing.  Bit by bit, I may just be succumbing to the world of the illicit in just a lot time.
