MISMONG PAGBABA NIYA, ay may biglang humigit sa buhok niya, kaya siya napairing, may tumakip din ng baba niya. The smell of ammonia wafed through the air and into her nose. Mas nagpumiglas si Sandy, she felt the beads of sweat instantly drop in the hot cement of the road.
She tried to grab the arms that held her, but she was hopeless. Ayaw niyang manlaban, dahil kahit sa mismong mga segundong iyon, ay naiisip niya ang baby niya.
She let out her last one cry before she was enveloped into oblivion and darkness…
