RYAN'S POV
Brody is a billionaire and I know so well that it was not going to be easy for his entire family and group of friends to accept me as his lover, especially if he has not come out of the closet yet.
I wiped the dripping water off my body and I took the next set of minutes seriously. Of all days, today was the day that I was going to dress so as to kill no one else apart from Brody. I want him to be charmed by my looks. Also, I applied the perfume that I had bought some time back with the hope that I was going to use it some day when I am attending an important meeting. Who knew that the meeting I was talking about was not actually a meeting but the day I was going to meet with the love of my life?
Brody is the man you would want to fight and kill for. Don’t think that I was taking it too far when I applied some lip balm on my lips just to look even more sexy. My pink suit complimented my body so well. Each time I wore it, people told me that I looked so well and this is what I wanted Brody to see.
By the time I was done getting ready, I was running late and therefore I had to leave right away. I had some few dollars left but I didn’t care spending half of them to take a cab to The Grand Hotel. Love is really stupid. At this juncture, I didn’t care that I was going to be broke after this.
As soon as I walked into the lobby of the hotel, I could see people turning their heads to look at me and this gave me all the confidence that I needed to go to Brody’s office. I knew that I was smart.
I took the elevator to get to his office. I was brave in all other aspects but just meeting with him made me sweat. My stomach become a pit of nerves. What if he rejects me? I couldn’t help but wonder, what if he rejects me?
It can happen you know. Maybe he is just arrogant and yesterday was just a miracle.
As I walked towards his office, my heart continue pumping so hard and one could actually think that it was going to burst. I honestly didn’t know what to expect.
