Difficult is life, and the most difficult thing in it is to find around you petrified hearts and dead consciences of the people closest to you. It is a really bitter feeling for a person to find himself alone in this vast vast universe with no support or helper except God Almighty. Imagine yourself and your father who is supposed to take care of you and defend you has abandoned you. Imagine yourself as God has blessed you with a hard-hearted, negative or selfish father, or say whatever you like about him! And it was not limited to the cruelty of your father’s heart only, but the cruelty extended to your grandmother, grandmother, uncle, aunt and everything related to you! Oh my God, can human beasts live among us wearing the mask of human falsity?! Ayoub is a young man. He grew up and found his father working as a lathe in a private workshop after he resigned from government work. He belongs to a well-off family, and his mother is from a decent family that has lost its wealth and Ayoub is still a young child. Before the boy reached the age of eighteen, his senses were awakened to the bitter reality of their lives, as his mother was overflowing with kindness and tenderness for them, and she was helpless in the face of their father's wildness and adventures. He married and divorced during his absence from them, and yet she met him with tolerance and respect, and even prevented her brothers from reprimanding him in the hope that his condition would rectify and settle in his home and take care of his children, not even a month or a little more. (Dives) again for a year or two, and his life continued in that orgy for a long time, and he was extravagant in marriage, so he squandered the wealth he had inherited from his father, went bankrupt, closed his professional office and stopped spending for all on his children, and Umm Ayyub found herself with her four children and they became without any resource! At that time, the parents consulted about their future, and how would they live?! Their grandfather decided that their father should include Ayoub with his family in Cairo, in exchange for giving his mother a small monthly sum with which she would face the difficulties of life. His grandfather’s apartment consisted of three rooms, one of which was for the salon and the other for his grandfather and grandmother to sleep, and in one corner was his great-aunt’s bed. As for the third room, his pampered younger aunt who was a high school student was alone. As for the hall, there was the dining room, and next to it was a municipal sofa. When night came after Job's first day with his grandfather's family, his grandmother gave him a tattered blanket and pillow, very shabby, and beckoned him to sleep on the tiles under the dining table. At six in the morning he gets up from his sleep and raises his bed and hides it in the kitchen, then sweeps the hall and wipes it with water and rags, then goes down to the street and buys bread and beans and prepares breakfast for his new masters at the dining table, while he eats a small bite of their leftovers in a hurry in the kitchen, then prepares them tea And after he washes the dishes he wears old school clothes and goes to his school, then comes back from it at noon, puts his books in the kitchen, then goes down to buy vegetables and meat for his grandmother and helps her cook, then prepares the yellow for lunch, lifts the dishes and washes them, then sweeps the apartment again and wipes it with water, and makes Tea at least eight times for anyone who wants! He helps his grandmother in washing on the old washing machine, along with the honey of his aunt's socks and handkerchiefs, and even her underwear, and finally, at the end of the night, he tries to steal a few minutes to remember his lessons, and he stays awake often sleeping until his grandfather and grandmother enter their rooms, and near midnight he brings his bed from the kitchen and puts it under the dining table. He sleeps like a dead man! This is how the boy lived among them as a small servant, working for his grandfather's well-off family in return for a small subsidy for his mother! Despite everything, Ayoub did not hate his grandfather, grandmother, or aunts. His younger aunt was a faltering high school student and always stayed up at night to study and asked him to stay up with her to serve her for tea and coffee all night long, and he responded to her requests and kept sleeping until two in the morning, as she was (may God forgive her). She woke him up after midnight on cold winter nights so that he could prepare food and tea for her and her friends who were on the night with her. Despite that, she would drop by and repeat every school year for two or three years! While Ayoub excelled in his studies, even though he only studied for an hour or two every day, he never forgot the position of his rich and affluent grandfather when he applied to the headmaster of the school where he was studying to exempt him from tuition fees on the pretext of poverty, forgetting that at the same time he was his grandson! The days passed by until Ayoub obtained a middle school certificate, and his health condition became difficult for his grandfather. So he asked his grandmother, begging her to allow him to sleep on the sofa in the hall, after his illness increased due to him sleeping on the tiles. She agreed. Finally, the miserable boy came out from under the table for the first time after six years. Indeed, Ayoub joined the school and obtained a diploma in commerce, and worked in the Agricultural Credit Bank. As for his relationship with his mother and his brothers, he used to see them only in seasons and at intervals. His mother lamented his condition, and a visit was weak for Ayoub and asked his mother to allow him to stay with her so that he could feel her tenderness and sleep in his embrace and the bosom of his brothers; So the mother cried and said to him her favorite phrase that she always calls him: “Oh, your mother’s eye!” Stay with us and may God do with us what He wills, but his grandfather roared and threatened them to cut off his monthly allowance. As for his father, he continued to appear and disappear during those years, and in one of his appearances, their younger brother Mamdouh gave them a gift, and they had five children. The young man Ayoub advanced in his government work, and one day he met a virtuous person with one of his friends at a social occasion. He spoke to him for a long time, and it seemed that his friend had told him the story of his struggle, so Ayoub was surprised by this virtuous man at the end of the session telling him that he admired his personality and his struggle in life, then gave him A personal identification card, so if he was a manager of a foreign bank, and asked him to visit him the next day, he visited him Ayoub, and the good man surprised him by nominating him to work with him!! O God ! ... What a great surprise that changed the course of his life, and Ayoub was appointed with the diploma he had obtained while serving with his grandfather, the young man was appointed to the investment bank, and suddenly found himself in a new and unfamiliar society. All of them spoke in English, and their clothes were imported and luxurious, and their cigarettes were foreign, and they were all owners of cars. Preserving dignity is not only in clothes and appearance, but also in efficiency in work, so he excelled in his work and he always volunteered to perform any extra work, and he was keen to transfer on a small paper all the English expressions that he did not understand and translate them at home from the dictionary and he kept memorizing them by heart! He even joined the British Covenant to study English and studied it with diligence and perseverance until he was able, within a short period, to pass its highest exams, and became fluent in reading and writing English, and worked in the bank, which opened a quick way for him to be promoted. The fields of advancement opened up for him, and he received training courses in Europe, and he traveled on work assignments for the bank in many European and Arab countries, and in a very short time he achieved great success thanks to his mother’s sincere calls for him day and night. God honored him and obtained a luxurious apartment in the most prestigious of neighborhoods. He met his female colleague Zahra. They married and were happy with their lives together for four years. Their happiness was only disturbed by Zahra’s inability to have children and her mother’s constant interference in all their privacy. The matter ended in divorce, and the first house in which Ayoub knew stability collapsed after the days of misery. long! His wife Zahra took everything from him, and there was only a hundred pounds in his bank account on the day of the divorce!! And an empty apartment on the tiles, Job returned to zero again, and that period was one of the harshest periods of his life! Ayoub did not despair, and after a short period of time he continued his struggle again and bought a bed and then a bedroom. His bosses in the bank tried to reconcile between him and his ex-wife Zahra, but he refused after he became saturated with bitterness on her part! Days passed and one day Ayoub met in the club with Amina, that polite university girl who was nominated by a relative, then he met her father, the wealthy merchant. His savings. At that time, the generous man was affected by the frankness of Ayoub and agreed to be engaged to his daughter Amina and his marriage without a net or dowry because he wanted to earn a man who would keep his daughter and not furniture or real estate. In the bank, he was agitated, and there he knew that he had the right to exchange part of his pension for several thousand pounds, because he had worked in the business for more than twenty years. The trustee of a luxurious network for a large sum, despite her refusal to do so, but he stuck to buying the network because, with their extra generosity, they agreed to him and he is on the slab!!..and is the reward for charity anything but charity?! Ayoub married Amina and God blessed them with a wonderful child who compensated him for all the misery and suffering he had encountered in his life. Encouraging them to study and meet all their material demands until they all graduated and worked. The mother of the last cluster was his brother Mamdouh, who was given to them by his father in one of his brief appearances. He considered him his son who did not give birth to him and wanted to achieve in him what the days did not help him to achieve, he was always urging him to study and strive until he succeeded God, he obtained his high school diploma with distinction and joined the Faculty of Medicine, and he is still continuing his studies successfully. Ayoub continued to bear his responsibility and helped (each) his brothers in the burdens of their marriage, God was expanding his provision for the sake of his brothers and his small family. And her tongue does not dry out from praying for him happiness in this world and the hereafter, and the prizes of heaven rolled over to Ayoub, and God provided him from where he did not count as abundant sustenance, and he started giving his mother the zakat of his money to distribute it to me The weak and needy of the relatives and the farthest and the people of his small town. This is how the life of young Ayoub became a struggle in a struggle, and success after success thanks to his mother's satisfaction with him and her constant supplication for him. One day, Ayoub was surprised by a strange voice on the phone, his owner telling him that he wanted to visit him at home, so he welcomed him and when he came, he was surprised that he was his father!! Oh my God!!... Dad... Do you still remember us, Dad?! Do you still remember that you have a patient poor wife and children who need your care?! Yes, it is my father, whom I have not seen for twenty consecutive years, even though he lives in the same country and has not emigrated from it! What do you want from me, my father, after twenty years of disappearance from us?! Job wonders between himself and himself: Did you not have a heart like ours, my father?! Why did you not give us of your love and tenderness (some) what every father gives to his children?! A long conversation took place between Ayyub and his father, and he understood from him that his father’s resources were scarce and that he had had one of his last wives, who was many years younger than Ayyub’s mother; He had three sons from her, their demands and needs abounded, and he was expecting Ayoub to help him with a respectable monthly amount! At that time, Ayoub looked at his father, and all the treasures of the world were gathered inside him, and he found himself against his will, reprimanding him for neglecting them when they were young and abandoning his responsibility. And he remembers how he used to walk forty kilometers a day on his grandfather's family trips, and how he used to get sick a lot because he slept on the tiles and was only treated with municipal recipes! Job says to his father: Wasn't I your son also, father, just as your three sons who live in your bosom now are your sons?! The situation between Job and his father ended by giving him an appropriate financial gift without indicating that it would become a regular monthly aid. After Ayoub's father left on his way, the man noticed that his virtuous wife, Amina, had heard from his talk about the details of his bitter struggle and days of misery in his grandfather's house. Ayoub was surprised by his wife embracing him and crying abundantly with tears of kindness and pity from her eyes! Job now lives in great perplexity, wondering about the attitude of religion to a father like his; Does this father really fall within the ranks of the fathers about whom God Almighty said to us: (And your Lord has decreed that they worship none but Him, and do good to parents. Either one or both of them reach old age with you, do not say to them “Af” and do not reprimand them, and tell them a harsh word.” He also said to us (And lower They have the wing of humiliation out of mercy, and say, “My Lord, have mercy on them as they raised me when I was young.” Is his father really one of these people?! .. Is he required to justify him and provide him with a large monthly assistance after he squandered all his wealth on his pleasures and adventures?! Is this father who left him to work as a servant for his grandfather while spending thousands of pounds deserve mercy and help?!! Job honors his mother and is fully prepared to take his eyes out of their sockets to give it to her, so is it fair for this ungrateful father to give the same as hers and equalize between him, who is the oppressor, and the oppressed and the victim, who are his mother and brothers?!! He feels great hatred towards his father, and at the same time he fears that God will hold him accountable for his negative feelings towards his father! Those were the days of misery, struggle and pain that we lived with the patient Ayoub, and we are well aware that this ungrateful father does not deserve any sympathy or pity, but despite anything in the end his father, and the generous verse he mentioned urges righteousness to our fathers, kindness to them and respect for them no matter what they do... This It is our true Islamic religion, the religion of mercy and guidance for all human beings. As for Job’s question about the justice missing in the equality between his ungrateful, selfish and reckless father and his kind and patient mother; The answer is clear to anyone with insight. That is because there is a big difference between giving to his mother and giving to his father. The obligatory alimony is only as much as the need he deserves, and he is now giving his father the minimum that he sees and feels that he is absolved before God, and at the same time he continues to bestow on his mother and brothers; At that time, the difference between giving to those who deserve to give out of love and dignity will be huge. And who does not extend his hand to them except as cracks by the command of his Lord and a discharge of his obligation before him! That is the intrinsic difference between good and evil in our worldly life, and it is sufficient for his father as a punishment from God that he had the need to seek help from his patient son Ayoub in particular, and he was the one who never cared about him while he swallowed the cups of misery and misery in his grandfather’s house!
