Jemma's POV
My eyes opened slowly from a night filled with happy dreams. I was nestled against the hard body of the man I loved. He had me wrapped in his arms as I felt his hot breath on the back of my neck. His scent comforting me. I tried to escape his hold only to have it tighten. A light kiss on my shoulder told me he was awake too.
"Good morning, my Queen." He mumbled softly. "Did you sleep well?"
I leaned more into his embrace and turned my head as he placed a kiss on my cheek. "I slept well, my King," I whispered as his lips moved from my cheek to my lips.
