Slowly Gemma opened her eyes and the very first thing she noticed was the luminous living room she was surrounded with, warm glow everywhere. Gemma could hear birds chirping outside and in the house though it was quite calm. The fire had gone out by this time and everything was just so warm and calming. Very good morning this was.
Slowly Gemma pushes her body up while putting all her weight on her hands she sat down on the couch too comfortably and Gemma stayed like that for a while, straddling on the couch her body half covered in a blanket and half out. Although both her eyes were not cooperating with her at the moment.
They were not on the same page, one open and the other one slightly closed still having a hard time there. She tried her best to bring herself out of her sleeping state
