"My oh my, Mija! You look beautiful. Why didn't you tell me you had Tres-Maria's already?" Grandma said to Mama. Mama was a bit squeamish at the mention of us.
"Mama, why are you here? I thought you were in Europa travelling with vampires and werebears." Mama was curious, but she is still calculating her every word. Why is there such tension between them?
"Oh, darling! We have long since gone our separate ways after your papa died. I lost contact with them." She just brushed it off as if it was just nothing.
"What? Papa died? Where? When? Where is he buried?" I can see a lot of questions swirling in my mama's eyes, but she stopped asking the questions. "Mama, let's have a chat later. I know you are famished. Let's eat." Papa smiled towards grandma and an omega set her plate.
