I gave the Greek prince one final kiss on the cheeks in farewell, his eyes lit up in hope. And then he was gone.
Should I feel bad about giving him a glimmer of hope? It’s highly unlikely that I will choose him, as things currently stand. In fact, if the only two contenders were Prince Elias and Lycan King Douglas, the king of Scotland would be the clear winner. Not that I was overly impressed by either Lycanthrope, to be perfectly honest. Nor do I think it wise to make a large life altering decision on a mate bond based off of one week’s acquaintance.
