Lexi’s POV
My eyes fluttered as I tried to process Chris’s words while I looked at them with disbelief. Chris had traveled all the way to Willand to find his mother, but now there were dozens of wolves around him.
Am I going crazy or am I hallucinating?
Shaking my head, I looked at them again and realized that I wasn’t hallucinating. Shifting my attention back to Chris, I asked, “Did you say just say ‘Mom’?”
“Yes, Lexi. She is my mom and she is a wolf too. Please calm down and tell Brie not to come out,” Chris informed me.
Nodding at his request, I exhaled. “So, Chris, does that make you a wolf too? But, how? You don’t have a wolf nor can I sense a wolf within you. Chris, please clarify all this for me. I am so confused!”
