Alpha Micheal

Alpha Micheal POV: I awoke from the dream, sweating but I remembered the message. I wake my Luna and she sits up when she sees my face. "What is it Micheal?" She asks worried, "I had a dream from the Moon Goddess," I let that statement hang between us, "what happened?" she asks shifting closer to me and looking up waiting to hear more. "A child from the original family has been born and we need to search for her and protect her." My wife is shocked, "THE ORIGINAL FAMILY?" she asks jumping out of bed and opening the safe looking for her wedding scroll. "Yes Doria," I say trying to remain calm, "I've been dreaming of a human girl with dark hair and grey eyes for months now." Doria is busy digging through the safe papers and money to find the wedding scroll. My wife's home pack is a descendant of the original family and she was entrusted with a scroll the day she married me. Her father had said that when the time comes she'll know and then she is to open the scroll. I stood up and walked towards her, pouring myself a glass of bourbon for my already shot nerves. "I found it!" She exclaims, she walks towards me and takes my hand and we sit on the edge of the bed. She looks at me once more as if to ask are you ready? I take a big swig of my drink, swallow and then nod. she breaks the wax seal and unravels it. There are no words in the scroll, just a charcoal drawing of a girl as I look at the picture with my wife. The glass of bourbon falls out of my hand and onto the white carpet. "Micheal! What is it?" she asks worried, "it's her, that's the girl from my dream." We both stare into each other's eyes, letting this sink in. My beautiful wife puts her arms around me and leans into my shoulder. The prophecy has begun. We sit in silence, processing. The prophecy says that a child born of the third son of the original family will turn to wolf and bring blessings and gifts to the wolf nation. They will unite all shifter realms and protect us against the evils of the world. They will have magic and strength beyond comprehension and will need the shifter's kindness and protection just as we will need hers. Remembering the prophecy brings a sweet taste to my mouth and fills me with anxieties for the pup's safety. "Micheal, we must find her," my wife looks to me breaking into my thoughts, her perfect brows, furrowed with worry. I take her hands and kiss them, "we will my Luna, I promise you that we will." She smiles at me and kisses me softly on my lips before deepening the kiss and I feel the same electricty I felt when I laid my eyes on her and called out to her as my mate. I pull her into a hug when we break our kiss and I smell her hair for comfort. Her scent wafts into my nostrils and I exhale feeling at ease. "Tomorrow, we visit the seer and find out more." "No Micheal, we can't risk anyone finding out," Doria says, "who do you want to trust my sweet?" I ask as I kiss her forehead, "we must travel to my home pack to see Zenophine," I nod as I kiss her forehead again, "you're right my love, it's better to keep this private until we know more." She nods and sighs as my scent is having the same calming effect on her. "Let's get back into bed," she suggests and I get up and pull her with me, the glass is still on the white carpet and the bourbon has stained but that's not a priority and when I'm with my beautiful mate, I could careless about anything. We climb into bed and she snuggles into my chest as we both anticipate the dealings of tomorrow and what needs to be done. I kiss my bride's head softly and she smiles and that's all it takes for my heart to do cartwheels and all I can do is squeeze her tighter in my arms. I'll never let you go!
