"Where were you?" I asked as an omega placed a breakfast tray in front of me. Lily looked annoyed and with how vulnerable I was feeling currently, having her here would be great. I reach out my hand to her and she pulls away, "Not now!" She starts to aggressively peel an orange and I am thinking of ways to support her or atleast show I'm here for her. "I'm here for you Lily," I say in my softest voice and she looks up at me, her eyes softening before turning into something else, she looks away. I look down at my food, scrambled eggs, bacon and syrup waffles. It's steaming and it smells absolutely delicious, I'm considering not eating but I see my father enter the cafeteria and I immediately start cutting into my food acting non-chalant.
